Taking Herbs

Herbs are energized and blessed specifically for the person receiving them as part of their spiritual healing regimen.  They are ground up passion flower leaves (Passiflora).  To receive the full benefit from the herbs, the following rules are to be observed:

While taking the herbs, refrain from:

1.  Drinking alcohol of any kind or any amount (except the small amount contained in tinctures).

2.  Eating spicy foods containing chile peppers, hot peppers, black or white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, hot sauces, etc.

3.  Eating fertilized eggs (some farm eggs have a bullseye shaped speck or a red speck indicating they are fertilized).

  • Your herbs are blessed and energized specifically for you alone and are not meant to be shared with others.

  • Can be taken on an empty stomach, with or between meals.

  • Take one capsule three times per day spaced throughout the day.

  • Children are usually advised to take one capsule per day.

  • If swallowing a capsule is difficult for you, you may open the capsule and add contents to water or juice.

  • If you have multiple containers, begin with any container, take all the herbs in that container, then start the second, and third and so on.

  • Take the herbs as a mindful exercise.  Reflect upon your healing requests, your reason for taking them.  See it and feel it as if it is already done.

  • If more than one person in your household is taking herbs, put your names on each bottle.

  • Unless you are incapacitated you are to handle your own herbs.

When you have nearly completed taking the herbs you may send another photograph to the Casa, or visit the Casa in person for follow-up .
